I understood from Abbie's email that he had "quick added" the documents ... if only that "button" would not exist ;-) Looking at the storage places, I also think that the "folders" are mostly wrong for the non minutes documents (all but two). These non-minutes should IMO all end up in "Calendar Documents". They do not appear to be drafts per the committee but some contributions or documents having been presented during meetings. Kavi allows notifications to be turned off manually for any individual upload (I don't know if this was the case here), but the default is to send a message.
