Patrick: You are partially right. There is a mismatch between the glyph "." and the Unicode position (COMMA), but what is wrong is the glyph. It must be a ",".

Dennis: You are also right. numberValue (and string) should be as defined for table:condition. Can you propose the necessary changes?


Dennis: I disagree that this issue is in scope, but that does not matter, since I assume we take this resolution anyway. The only change we made is to add an 

"." (U+002C, COMMA(COMMA, U+002C

as explanation for "comma". The comment how is where the comma may be used. That's two different things. But again, it does nit matter whether we agree on this.
