1. Approval of previous minutes
      Rowley/Barber - UNAN

2. Deputy Policy - Graham
     Graham would like to investigate whether we could have a  
"deputy" policy to allow an SC member who cannot make a meeting to  
appoint a deputy for that meeting. Jeff thinks this is not allowed  
under OASIS rules because seats are held by individuals and no  
proxies are allowed, but he will check with OASIS.

3. Update - OASIS Board discussion of change to RoP (MS Voting). -  
graham
     The OASIS Board approved the modification of the ROP to specify  
voting for the Member Section is by Supporting Entity - one vote/ 
supporting entity. Jeff updated the info on the steering committee  
info page http://www.oasis-opencsa.org/steering-committee

4. SC Election
      Discuss latest known position on SC Vacancies and determine if  
extra action is needed, (Graham)
  We think the following folks will be running: xcalia, primeton,  
rogue wave, red hat,
       maybe - hitachi, tibco
This is good news, in that we will now have a contest!!

Graham/Rowley -- Nominations for SC elections should be publicly  
posted on the OpenCSA site as soon as they are received and  
confirmed.   UNAN


5. Statement of Work
   The SC is responsible for maintaining a statement of work. The SC  
decided that we would wait for the full complement to be elected  
before working on this topic.
