Dear Tim McGrath,
I think that your adding statement is 
OK.
The followings are my comments regarding the place of 
your adding statement in the UBL V2.0 specification (index.html).
 
(1) The table in the section 5.2.1 Party Roles
I think that the definition in the description column of 
Consignor would be changed to your proposed statement.
 
(2) Section 5.8 Initiate Transport Services 
Collaboration
There are some statements (6 lines) regarding transportation 
business process in the Section 5.8 Initiate 
Transport Services Collaboration.
I think that some guide statement (like your proposed 
statements) would be better to add.
 
We (JPLSC) will hold the F2F meeting on May 24, 
2006.
We will discuss about this issue.
If the other comments will be arisen, I will inform you the 
comments.
