5.8 Initiate Transport Services Collaboration.
  
I think that some guide statement (like your
proposed statements) would be better to add.
  
 
  
We (JPLSC) will hold the F2F meeting on May 24,
2006.
  
We will discuss about this issue.
  
If the other comments will be arisen, I will
inform you the comments.
  
 

just be aware that following the UBL Plenary next week we will be
issuing the second public review of the UBL 2.0 package and from that
point we cannot chnage anything that will affect the XML schemas.  so
some comments may have to await UBL 2.1
