Betty,

There is a code list work team that Tony Coates and Mary Burns have been
working on for UBL 1.1. It deals with code list extensibility and other code
list issues. Additionally, the Software SC identified several additional
items that need to be discussed and considered for 1.1 by the Library
Content workgroup and the full UBL TC in our meeting today.  Anne Hendry
will be putting submitting detailed notes on those discussions so we can get
a comprehensive list of UBL 1.1 items that need consideration.

Frank, we could use your input if you can spare the time to contribute. The
email archives contain details on meeting dates and times.
