Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (UBL-50) Can we use the DigitalCapability document as TPA ?
Ken Holman commented on UBL-50:
-------------------------------
In order to incorporate an initiator, would this be more appropriate?
GoverningParty 0..1
ParticipantParty 1..n
Then define ParticipantParty as:
InitiatorIndicator 0..1
Party 1
That way not only will this allow for a number of initiators (say three parties collaborate to start a group of ten), but if we come up with other participation properties they would be added to the ParticipantParty ABIE.

> I found the DigitalCapability document is quite close to a TPA (Trading Partner Agreeement) or more precisely to an e-TPA.
