This message confuses me. It looks like we have a majority for making 12/4 a
plenary, but then you say the next plenary will be 12/12 which is a Friday.
Perhaps you meant 12/4?

My position is that that a plenary on 12/4 if ok with me, but I do not want
to shift the cycle.  Therefore, December 11 would also be a plenary. Because
of the holidays the next plenary after that would be 1/8/04. Do people agree
or disagree with this?

BTW, I will miss the meeting on 12/4 because of travel, so Bill will have to
chair.
