ugh a[nother] typo. it is the FOURTH of DECEMBER. i expanded the date 
from 12/4 since that is a US only ordering of date (and made it usable 
by no one).

i was hoping to hold off the discussion/vote of shifting the meeting 
itself so as to make sure that the clarity of the decision on having 
this meeting is no affected by this discussion.
