I mentioned http://xstandard.com at the end of today's call. This is a
commercial, XHTML conforming editor. I don't know if their licensing would
be affordable or practical for use in a Wiki. I assume that FCKeditor is
pretty much equivalent.
Perhaps more intriguing, look at Etna:

This is not a component, and it will require RelaxNG schemas when the time
comes, but its a step in a strategic direction.
