I hope at this stage (XSchema 1.0) that we tackle only some very simple and
(hopefully) non-controversial things. I am off the air for a day or two but
have sent some suggestions to SimonStL. Although we have called the process
'XSchema' I think we shouldn't try to define the variety of ways in which
it should be used.

We have a similar position to those developing namespaces - at this stage
adopt a very simple solution that will not prejudice the future.
Essentially that must be an:
	element
	attribute
	contentSpec
	*documentation*
approach and nothing more adventurous.
