   Where are discussions about Schemas taking place?

Where is the proper forum to discuss Schemas?

	DCD		-- ?
	XSchema		-- here
	RDF Schemas	-- ?

	RDF in general	-- ?	


Replacing DTD's sure looks like it would a Big Deal.

And I wonder along with "Richard L. Goerwitz" <richard@goon.stg.brown.edu>
