xmlproc is a validating XML parser written in Python, which supports
SAX 1.0, XML namespaces, SGML Open catalog files and XCatalog 0.1.
The parser can be used for both well-formedness parsing as well as
validating parsing, and the DTD parser in the package can be used
separately.
xmlproc can report errors in Norwegian and English, and more languages
can easily be added.
