Send it to the SAX EntityResolver and pray that a usable InputSource
comes back (at least this is one thing that we did allow for in SAX
1.0).
Actually, URN resolution is a *really* good candidate for a SAX
filter: the filter can take the URN from the SAX parser, replace it
with a URL, and pass than on to the client application for (optional)
further processing before returning it to the parser.
