Several people have expressed dissatisfaction with the currently-proposed
representation of booleans in XML schemas datatypes. I second Rick Jeliffe's
suggestion that, if you have such disagreements, the most practical step you
can take is to give the W3C a well-thought-out alternative proposal, now.
