   SAX2: XMLReaderFactory

In SAX1 the ParserFactory interface could be used in a partially parser
independent fashion to try to locate an implementation of the abstract
Parser interface (now deprecated in SAX2).

Is there anything equivalent for XMLReader in SAX2? If not, is there a
particular reason for not adding such a class? If it's simply a time
question I could crank one out myself, and contribute it. It should be
pretty straight-forward, but perhaps its existence has implications I
haven't thought of.
