If you are interested in the application of XML to healthcare or open
source XML applications in general, you are invited to join a new open
source project.

The project is called DocScope. It has a rather ambitious long term
goal:

DocScope will be a free medical information tool that is as natural and
easy for physicians to use as the spreadsheet is for accountants.

If this sounds fun to you, please have a look at
http://openhealth.com/docscope

We expect to use some of the excellent open source tools that folks have
already created and integrate them in novel ways. As many of you know
health care informatics standards have been moving towards XML for some
time. We believe that this convergence will help us get a lot done
relatively quickly.
