Ummm... some of the facts are in error.  
Let's get those changed.  I completely 
agree that otherwise this is a very 
good presentation and to be recommended. 
The layering model is well worth reading 
and I do respect Henry's position in the 
community earned by dint of hard, competent 
and very productive work.

Len, I didn't look at the introductory portions. The parts on layering
of models was what interested me. 

Nevertheless, Henry has been around SGML/XML for a long time so I would
ascribe differences in historical outlook to varying perspective rather
than factual ignorance on one side or the other.
