Note that papers on and the application of
the Unisys prior art were presented at public
conferences such as the SGML conference in
Boston, and CALS conferences. The IADS executables
were made available through the British SGML organization.
All of this predates the Nielsen work. As it
was presented publicly, Sun had access.
The US Army contact is Richard Grambly. The
Unisys work was done by Craig Lykins and
Gregg Geis under the direction of William
Schultz, then at Unisys.
