It depends on *what* you're doing with XML and with Oracle. Steve Meunch
has presented a great resource in his book.
I'll also note that 4Suite Server (open source:
http://Fourthought.com/4SuiteServer) has Oracle XML repo and RDF drivers,
and the next release is expected this week.
