Fascinating!

I noticed that Full Decimal didn't work while the other two did.  But since
I had never heard of Full Decimal IP addresses in the first place, I had no
idea why it didn't work.

Sorry about disrupting an XML list but since were're already a little off
track ... could you provide a link that documents the Full Decimal IP
address?
