you elaborate? "web-enabled microwaves" seem quite a bit less useful
than
a standard format to describe the bindings of web services onto
SOAP.
Sure humans CAN do this "by hand", but what's the objection to WSDL?
(in the
abstract, not the details of its preliminary
specification).
