Simon,
I don't know if you use XSV[1] for doing your schema validation but if you
do then pass -r as a command line parameter and it will dump the PSVI in XML
form to stdout. e.g. xsv -r instance.xml schema.xsd
I seem to remember that Henry Thompson or Richard Tobin posted a schema for
the PSVI in XML but I can't find it in my archives right now :-(
