...I used a mailto: URL as a namespace URI?
I know the standard does not define anything about what namespace URIs
point to, but what would people's gut feelings about the semantics of such
a beast be?
Presumably you could email that address to ask questions about the schema!
Also, a news: URL (the kind with a message ID in it) would be an easy way
to get a unique URI without needing to own a DNS domain :-)
