RE: Namespaces Defined



Too bad the definition given is wrong in a very critical area, making the 
usual mistake of assuming a parser can/should dereference the URI given for 
the namespace.

Outstanding. I think I'll refer to this from the Namespaces FAQ.
Something along the lines of:
