Encoding/Character problem

Hello, 

Can anyone please tell me why I am getting an "Invalid unicode character"
error when I try to load the following XML into an MSXML4.0 DOMDocument? (I
have converted alphabetic characters to x's due to the nature of the data in
the actual file but the problem still occurs. I have tried taking each
character one by one (except the HTML encoded characters obviously where I
took the whole &..; block) and didn't get any errors but when I try the
whole line the error returns.
