The problem is that one can't know what they are
without using a process to choose.
Identification is a process for declaring identity.
Data cannot be decoupled from process meaningfully.
Berners-Lee got this wrong philosophically but
right in implementation.
Nothing lives in abstraction. That is why the WWW
is a spooky place.

It seems as though the problem with namespaces is that they use a method for
referencing resources to name abstract resources.
