That's a good point -- even if there is no good technical reason to bundle
Jing with Xerces-J, that would be a good "marketing" move.  On the other hand,
I get the very distinct impression that someone rather influential at
IBM has decided that RELAX is a "bad thing."  Anyone care to set
me straight?  And even, for the sake of argument, if that's true, is
Xerces sufficiently independent for such an integration to be part of the
standard build even if IBM didn't like it?  If so, who do we lobby :~)
