The W3C XML Schema Test Collection available at http://www.w3.org/2001/05/xmlschema-test-collection.html is already several months old and has had test case contributions from Microsoft and Sun. Issues with W3C XML Schema tests have typically been discussed on XMLSCHEMA-DEV, some of which have highlighted places in the REC where clarification was needed.
