In addition, James Clark's dtdinst program (http://www.thaiopensource.com/dtdinst)
converts DTDs to instance format using a hand-rolled schema that
preserves most parameter-entity structure.  It figures out what
the purpose of the parentity is (model, att group, etc.) and marks
the definition appropriately.
