And THAT is precisely why using 'http://' URIs to
identify namespace names and other abstract resources
is problematic. (Well, it's one of the problems,
anyway.)
"Cool URLs don't change", as we all know, and if you
can assign one in the W3C.ORG or MICROSOFT.COM namespace
you have a good chance of keeping that promise.
For the rest of us, it's not that easy.
