Actually, that's "SAY NO TO MICRO$OFT!"; and I'm thinking of changing it
to "MICRO$OFT MUST DIE!!" ;-)
And yes, AFAIK, only users of IE (or, I suppose, of anything that embeds
the browser control) will see it. That's known as "identifying one's
target audience", I believe.
