Karl,
I would recommend you try the US National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST[1]). A search on this yields only Namespace 1.1
conformance test information, but the results appear to be stylesheets
rather than the information you're probably looking for.
You should probably search the site for a contact and touch base with
the proper person there.
