Read it charitably or not, but our first reponsibility is to our
dues-paying members. OASIS' purpose in life is to develop and promote
our standards. We've supported the xml-dev list because we think that
it's an important industry resource, but we must necessarily give it
less attention and resource than other things that are primary to our
mission. If this level of attention and resource isn't sufficient for
what all of you are expecting then it may be a good idea for you to see
who else may be able to give it high priority. I'm not chasing you away,
just letting you know that we can't provide the world for you.
