It does't surprise me. Any QASIWYG editor requires stylesheets to operate,
and these require skills an awareness beyond those of normal users of the Office
suite. I think Corel's experience (and to a lesser extent Adobe's) gives us
a big hint that being able to produce structured documents is simply not an
important feature in the SOHO market.
