Most of the information I've seen on Open Philanthropy Exchange (OPX) -
the data standard that I believe you are referencing - is from
2000/2001. Also, an info link listed on WebServices.org [1] comes up as
"Under Construction". This initiative *appears* to be stalled.
Would you happen to have more recent information to cite?
