Actually it's a deep and complex issue.  Internationally speaking, addresses
are so varied that you probably can't say much more than

	element address {
		element line {text}+,
		element country {text}
		}

and expect it to work.  There is nothing more annoying than a form which
makes postal codes mandatory, for example, even when you specify a country
in which they aren't used, or aren't universally used.

The X.500 standard for online directories says that a postal address can't have
more than 6 lines, and does not treat the country name specially.
