In other words, you agree with me (or at least, are unwilling to disagree
with me in any concrete detail) that the technical capabilities of XSLT
and CSS are enormously divergent and scarcely overlapping at all; but
maintain that CSS and XSLT are nevertheless competing technologies because
of vague, unspecified "political issues."
