True. But, as I said, there is no such thing as JCP for .NET. Besides, 
my point was about who is supporting Java and that includes IBM, BEA and 
the hacker next door. You can get your Java from SUN or anywhere else.

Partly true; Mono is the equal of .NET for the Linux platform.

good guy so lets not get carried away here.
