Intergraph has a free WMS viewer with a few sample sites attached - see
http://www.wmsviewer.com/main.asp.

If you find it useful, the source code is also available for free from
http://imgs.intergraph.com/interop/wmsviewer.asp.

The subject says it all, are there any organizations that publish data
in opengis? IF not that is there something like a test suite of opengis
data anywhere?
