This is getting a bit further off topic, but the politics of committees and
the effects of those politics on the documents produced by those committees
is always an undercurrent on xml-dev, so for anyone who is interested I
heartily recommend the book "God's Secretaries"
(http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0060185163) about the
creation of the King James Bible. Especially when issues of RAND vs. RF, GET
vs. PUT, identifiers vs. locators, etc. start looking like life-or-death
issues...
