Come on, 6502 was the best. I learned more from my 6502-based Atari 400
than anything for a while afterwords including Basic (NOT MS Basic),
Forth, Lisp, Pascal, Small-C ("Deep Blue C"), and assembly,.
I did embedded machine control with Z-80 and developed with MP/M 8/16 on
a Godbout/Compupro 4 user system in assembly and Pascal MT+.
What fun. H/O2 torches on a rotary bulb forming machine with a VT100
touch screen for station programming.
I still have a working 8-bit Atari and 2 CP/M 80 machines. If I could
only find a double-sided 8" floppy drive.
