Dipankar,
Contact Dick Raman at TIE Commerce (check the TIE website).
They were part of the team that implemented the Steel 24x7 project
for the EU a couple of years ago - using ebXML messaging as the
common transport.
I know they are using some XML transactions as well as
traditional EDI, as part of that marketplace.
