No, the framework that we're building can also measure the  
performance of C++ implementations, in fact some of our candidates  
use that.

Our publication date for the first pass on our measurements is May,  
and the earlier the better. That being said proving that EXI is not  
needed can be done at any time before we go to CR, which is at an as  
yet unknown time in 2007.
