It was ratified a few weeks ago:
Some editorial corrections were sent to the ITTF for incorporation
(let me find them and post them), and SC34 has asked that ISO make it
a publicly-available specification. I'm not sure when ITTF will have
the document ready.

Works are in progress ... no announcements yet ... sorry for any
delay ... the development of implementations is independent of the
