I meant that it wasn't clear for me whether the scope of DSDL part 6
includes the validation of the global model resulting from recursively
dereferencing the links and applying custom consolidation rules.

For instance, would it be in the scope of DSDL Part 6 to validate that a
RELAX NG schema with its include and externalRef is complete and that
there is no duplicates in its definitions?
