OASIS is a highly distributed organization, with members all over the globe
and committees meeting independently in practically every time zone on
Earth.  Once a year, we bring together the leaders of our international
community to compare notes, review current developments, make connections,
and explore open standards as solutions for eBusiness and eGovernment.
Vendors and users, regulators and legislators, developers and consultants,
researchers and analysts all contribute to the dialogue that shapes how
enterprises and governments conduct trade, manage assets and interact with
constituents. The Symposium program features two tracks with content
specially targeted for management and technical attendees, as well as
several interactive panel discussions.  All presentations are geared to
