Announce:XPontus XML Editor 1.0.0RC2

Hi everybody,

The version 1.0.0rc2 of XPontus XML Editor(http://xpontus.sf.net) is ready. 


It will be available on all sourceforge mirrors this morning. 

Here  is the changelog : 
- Changes to the Code Base

    * added Partial caching of XML Schemas and DTDS  
    * Added completion to close opened XML tags.  
    * Fixed the encoding issues.  

- Changes to the user interface

    * Added a dialog to customize the colors. 
    * Added drag and drop support.  
    * Added some arguments so you can use "open with XPontus XML Editor".
