SQL5 (bringing DBMS in correspondence to modern communication requirements)

Let me state several ideas in separate graphic file
http://sql50.euro.ru/sql5.ppt

Abstract:

New era of computer world has approached - a companies and independent sysadmins
scattered their own platforms in internet. But as before it's exceedingly
burdensome for simple user to create similar, and he is forced to graze on
platforms, given by companies and sysadmins. Reason is that, as before (as this
was 40 years ago) program of data conversion refuse to communicate with browser,
as before it's required to install intermediate programs, write for them or
adjust them and the main program for collaboration. User is not capable to do
this job. Removal of this barrier for database means possibility to output of
tree into browser by operator 'select' and execution automatic 'insert' for
tree, received from browser. First part of presentation is dedicated for detail
development of this question.

Question about processing of xml-data is close to this. Today's usage of XQuery
for this is practically equal to existence of second, foreign query language.
Author is proposing to use SQL instead of it, and demonstrates this also in the
first part of presentation.

But huge corporations suffer too: as before, SQL is being built, like
distributing of data does not exist. It's known, it's difficult to support tens
of large applications and thousands of parallel working users in one database,
so it is divided into smaller databases. Not secret great increase of amount of
transactions at panic on exchange, seasonal activity of buyers. But attempt to
use additional programs for database integration destroys homogeneity of
situation, created by SQL, bring inconvenience. Distributed requests of language
itself are required clearly, and second part of presentation is dedicated for
them. Foreign key, referencing to data of other database, is also proposed in
this part of presentation.

In the third part, author considers search in reference system by name, entering
with mistakes of spelling and other mistakes, and proposes operator to sort
records by degree of resemblance with sample.

Aspects, needed for full completing of DBMS by communication possibility, are
listed in the fourth part: operator of selecting of next portion of sorted data;
window, slitherring on flow of input data (table with limited quantity of
records); reading of data by SQL from html-document of remote Web-server; timer,
and increase to safety by giving permission for each record of table (up to
invisibility of some records at absence of permission).
