It seems like the last week all discussion has centered around XML
1.05, XML 2.0, and time for a new edition of XML (leaving out trolling
discussions)
I'm not sure what to make of this, does it imply that the time has
come! or does it imply (as might be implied by decreasing graphs of
XML-DEV usage over the years) that XML-DEV has nothing left to say.
I guess I believe in the former.
